Purchasing groups from Russia, Brazil and Vietnam visited Jinding and Yuanyi
From May 19 to 21, the 2025 (20th) Guangzhou International Textile Garment and Printing Industry Expo was successfully held at the Poly World Trade Expo Center in Pazhou, Guangzhou. On May 21, a delegation of 45 entrepreneurs from Brazil, Russia and Vietnam came to Shaxi to visit two benchmark companies, Jinding Intelligent Manufacturing and Yuanyi Intelligent Manufacturing. As a famous town for casual clothing in China, Shaxi has demonstrated the strength of "Shaxi Manufacturing" to foreign merchants with its complete clothing production supply chain system and intelligent transformation results, and has also pressed the "accelerator" for local companies to expand overseas markets.
At Jinding Intelligent Manufacturing, the delegation members visited the Shaxi Clothing History Exhibition Hall, learned in detail about Shaxi’s profound clothing culture, and gained a more intuitive understanding of the inheritance and innovation of Shaxi’s textile technology, as well as the process of industrial evolution.
Arriving at Jinding's modern intelligent workshop, the delegation members were deeply attracted by the fully automatic cutting machines, AGV logistics robots, 90-meter-long hanging equipment and other equipment, and asked in detail about the company's production, delivery time and other situations.
"We have adopted advanced intelligent equipment from home and abroad to realize visualization of the production process, accurate data and standardized work. The single floor has realized the integrated layout of cutting, sewing, ironing and packaging. The daily output from hanging pieces to finished garments can reach 24,000 pieces, and the first piece off the line is shortened to within 0.5-2 hours. The quality and efficiency of clothing production can be seen by looking up." The on-site person in charge of the enterprise introduced while demonstrating the digital dashboard. The real-time data made the merchants praise: "This efficiency can fully meet our demand for fashion fast-moving consumer goods!"
At Yuanyi Intelligent Manufacturing, the delegation inspected the intelligent cutting and digital production lines, visited the clothing exhibition hall, and learned in detail about the company's achievements in the development of functional fabrics and production process innovation. The company staff focused on introducing Yuanyi's self-developed seamless process technology, saying that compared with traditional processes, seamless clothing is more comfortable and more refined, and the current daily output can reach more than 10,000 pieces. A Russian entrepreneur said that the two companies visited today are both top-notch production companies. The sustainable innovation and development and production strength of Shaxi companies have shown us the possibility of long-term cooperation.
